Dhaval has 15 years of experienced managing 12 Franchised restaurants, Motel & Gas-station. He is expert in Overseeing financial management, bookkeeping, owner statements, and reporting, Managing business development, client onboarding, and revenue tracking.
Dipesh currently owns and operate a full-service dry-cleaning business, overseeing all daily operations including customer service, employee management, equipment maintenance, and financial performance. His responsibilities include ensuring quality control, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing scheduling and payroll, and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. Bringing his 10+ years of his Expertise in Maintenance and inspections will be a great asset for our success as a team.
Text about the person/bio: Dharmik Patel has 9+ years of his experience owning and managing HOTELS and currently managing family owned 15+ Single Family Rental Properties since 2022. I come from a family with two generations in the businesses i.e Motels, Grocery stores , where he learnt the values of customer service, integrity, and entrepreneurship from an early age. Specializes in property maintenance coordination, vendor management, and quality control. Ensures all maintenance requests are handled efficiently and cost-effectively.
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have successfully guided clients through residential, commercial, and luxury property transactions. I specialize in empowering first-time buyers with the education and confidence they need, while providing strategic, results-driven guidance to seasoned investors.
